About the venue
Plaisterers' Hall is a timeless setting for a romantic and memorable event with an enviable location between the City and West End, and offers private clients one of the most attractive and flexible venues for weddings and civil partnerships in London.
Situated close to St Paul's and the Barbican, the hall is ideally located for guests from the City or West End to attend civil ceremonies and receptions in this beautifully appointed and welcoming venue.
The present hall, reopened after a major refit in 2004, has décor throughout of the neo-classical style created by Robert Adam in the 18th century. The sense of timeless style provides an enviable backdrop to weddings, civil partnerships and private parties of all kinds.
The Great Hall has floor to ceiling windows and a state-of-the-art lighting system that complements the three magnificent chandeliers. Other rooms make ideal reception rooms, dancing locations and changing rooms.
