A Reminder

Please note: you are booking the registrars’ attendance, and not the venue itself. Once you’ve chosen and booked your venue and you’re ready to book a registrar to attend your ceremony, click below.

Ordering Process

1. Get in Touch

Please get in touch using our contact form, by email, by phone or in person. We will discuss your initial requirements, ordering process and lead times and arrange a consultation with you for a full quote.

2. Consultation

A consultation can take place in person, by phone or by email – we will discuss your requirements, ideas, options and stationery wording in more detail and put together a full quote for you within 2 working days

3. Booking

Once you’re happy with the quote we will send you a copy of our Terms and Conditions to sign. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to start the creative process.

4. Design

Once we have received your deposit we will confirm with you that all the information you have given us is correct for us to personalise your stationery and start the creative process.

5. Proofs & Approval

Pdf proofs will be sent for you to check, proof read and approve/amend as needed. Two sets of proofs are included. We will require you to check and proof artwork within 5 working days in order to meet the 3-6 week deadline.

6. Final Approval

A final proof will be sent for you to approve. We cannot be held responsible for any errors, spelling mistakes or changes after the final proofs have been approved, so please double check that all the information is correct.

7. Printing

All items are printed to your required specification. Please allow 3-6 weeks for this process. The final 50% payment will be invoiced at this point.

8. Delivery

Your ceremony items will be packaged and sent either recorded delivery, via a courier, or able to be collected in person from Islington Town Hall.
